CCY SPIN will offer 3 levels of intensity for an exciting ride that is sure to motivate and inspire!
LEVEL 1: Lower and slower: Don’t let the name fool you! This workout will get your heart pumping, but at a gradual pace and speed.
LEVEL 2: Hills and Thrills: Do you have what it takes to get to the top of the mountain? Join us in this intervals style ride as we set goals, conquer them and make it to the top!
LEVEL 3: Need for Speed: This will be the highest intensity ride. The speed is sure to get your heart pumping and blast those calories!
To reserve your bike you will click the button below. Click on the level, on the day, and time you would like. Then click register.
YMCA members please choose “Find Account”.
Non-members please click blue button below, then choose sign up. Please choose non member option and enter your information. The class is $5 per class which you will pay at the front desk. You must reserve your bike with account information to ensure a bike is available.
Reserving your bike does not cost anything. You will only be charged if you do not show up for the bike you have reserved. If you need to cancel, please call us at least 4 hours before your class.
