Taught by a certified CrossFit instructor, Y-Cross uses constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. This class combines body weight movements, cardio and weightlifting. Anyone can do the class regardless of fitness level.

Classes meet on Monday 5:30 & 6:30, Tuesday 4:30 & 5:30, Wednesday 5:00, and Thursday 5:30 & 6:30.
